The CLOUDaXcel product improves the performance of cloud-based applications during periods of high utilization and provides automated network redundancy in the event of an ISP outage. Redundant network connectivity can be provided through inexpensive broadband connections in the event of a primary connection failure.

XRoads AutoQoS for the Cloud
The CLOUDaXcel appliances includes a pre-defined and editable listing of well known and highly used cloud service providers, including Netsuite, SalesForce, Microsoft, along with a number of other CRM and ERP providers. By simply checking your providers the CLOUDaXcel appliance will automatically limit non-critical traffic and prioritize these cloud applications during periods of high utilization.

Application Offloading
When utilizing the CLOUDaXcel under normal operating conditions customers can utilize the secondary broadband links by 'offloading' low priority application traffic (like email, FTP, and websites like YouTube) through the secondary ISPs.

Automated Network Failover/Failback
In the event of outage of the primary ISP connection the CLOUDaXcel appliance will automatically failover all cloud-based application traffic to the backup connections thus ensuring end-user productivity and zero downtime.
